I ship all the packages once a week as • PRIORITY REGISTERED LETTERS •, which means you will receive a tracking number to be able to check the location of your order.
If you need an • URGENT SHIPPING • just let me know and I will do my best to meet your expectatives!
❖ ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME ❖
• within A zone countries (Europe including Cyprus, entire Russia and Israel) up to the 3rd business day after posting (D+3)
• within B (North America, Africa), C (South and Central America and Asia), and D zone countries (Australia and Oceania) up to the 5th business day after posting (D+5).
The above terms of mail delivery are indicative terms agreed on the basis of the adopted delivery standard which is 85% timely delivery. In busy periods (like Christmas time) or due to custom procedures, it might take longer and I can’t be responsible for such delays.
Items posted are tracked and individually identified with a label with barcode stuck to the front. Items are delivered and signed for at the address of the recipient. If they can not be delivered, a notification will be left in the letterbox so they can be collected from the indicated Post Office, where they will be kept for 15 days.
Processing time is 3 – 10 working days, depending on the pieces that you purchase.
For inPost delivery, please remember to add your phone number during payment.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
I love to work on custom orders. You can choose the stone, its shape, thread color, size, finish (gold or silver color of the beads). You can modify any of my available or sold items according to your preferences! I also encourage you to let me know the intention of the item. I will put all my creative energy in the piece, so that you can feel its power while wearing it.
Send me a message and once we agree on the details, I will create a Custom Order Listing, which will have to be purchsed before I start working on the order.
I do not accept returns of personalized orders.
All of my jewelry is adjustable (sliding knot closure) so it fits all sizes. However, if you have any doubts about the size (especially bracelets and chokers – send me your measures in the checkout note and I will make the adjustments.
You can wash my jewelry in warm water and delicate soap and the color of the cord will not loose the intensity. Linhasita, the brand I use, is the best and most famous waxed cord brand, it is very strong, will last for many many years and doesn’t provoke allergies.
You can choose the color of all the MADE TO ORDER items. Just add the number in the ORDER NOTES during checkout.
Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, your monitor settings or screen seetings of your device.

All items are sent nicely packaged in a linen bag, ready to be gifted. However, if you wish me to send the item in a special gift box and add a note, we can arrange it. I will gladly add a hand written note, just add all your instructions in the checkout note or contact me before placing your order.
Once an order is sent, normally it arrives within the estimated delivery times (see the details for your country above). However, it might happen that the order gets stuck in the customs for a longer period. I am not responsible for any delays due to custom procedures. If it is more than 6 weeks since the shipping day, I can file a complaint at my local post office. Untill I get an official answer from them, •I will not consider the order lost, neither refund it•, given that once it finally clears the customs, it will be delivered to the provided address. On the other hand, as soon as I receive a confirmation that the package got lost, I will issue a full refund and offer you a free shipping, should you wish to order again.
If one of the item’s characteristics is • MADE TO ORDER • it means I will make it after the purchase. This also means that you can request another color, stone, size or slightly change the design of this specific item I am more than happy to make your dreams come true! Just send me the information at the checkout note to seller or ask for available stones in a private message.
